Profound Educational Services Ltd (“we”, “us”) provides education consulting, admission & visa assistance and support, career training, travel and ticketing services.

● All fees for services (consulting, admissions processing, visa support & assistance, travel consultation, academic advisory, training/seminars, memberships, referrals/partnerships) are non-refundable once the service begins or material/access is provided.

● Exceptions: duplicate payment, confirmed payment error by processor, or cancellation by us (in which case you’ll get a refund or credit).

● We cannot guarantee admission, visa approval, student placement, or scholarship awards, as these depend on third-parties (universities, embassies etc). Such outcomes are not refund grounds.
